Peanut Oil
Peanut oil is a vegetable oil extracted from peanuts. In this project, raw peanuts are cold-pressed, whether shelled or unshelled, depending on the requirement.
Peanut Butter
Peanut butter, locally known as "Dakwa," is produced through the following steps.
Roasting shelled peanuts.
Removing the light red skin from the roasted peanuts.
Grinding the roasted peanuts to obtain a paste-like product.
Roasted Peanuts
The process for producing roasted peanuts includes. Initial manual cleaning of raw peanuts. Mechanically shelling the peanuts to obtain shelled peanuts. Further manual cleaning of shelled peanuts to achieve a 0% impurity rate.
Animal Feed
Peanut Shells: The shelling process produces approximately 34% peanut shells.
Peanut Cake: The oil extraction process yields 45-55% animal feed, known locally as "peanut cake" (Ambaz).
